PUBLIC SESSION | INOVMINERAL 4.0 | 11th of july, 2023

On the 11th of July, the presentation of the results of the Mobilizing Project INOVMINERAL 4.0 – Advanced Technologies and Software for Mineral Resources took place, in the public demonstration session, at the headquarters of the company Marfilpe, in Batalha.

Around 50 participants were present, including project members and people linked to the Mineral Resources Sector, the environment, education, technology and innovation.

The mobilizing project INOVMINERAL 4.0 – Advanced Technologies and Software for Mineral Resources, involved a consortium of 20 entities led by CEI – Companhia de Equipamentos Industriais, made up of 8 Natural Stone Companies, 5 Technological Companies, 5 Scientific and Technological System Entities and 2 Cluster Management Entities: FRAVIZEL, FRONTWAVE, SEVERAL WAYS, STREAM CONSULTING, MARFILPE, SOLANCIS, JULIPEDRA, LSI STONE, POLIMAGRA, DIMPOMAR, MVC, POLITÉCNICO DE LEIRIA, FCUL, FCUP, ISCTE, MÁRMORES VIGÁRIO, ACPMR, IST and PTPC.

The public session for demonstration of results had the objective of sharing the results by the companies co-promoting the Project regarding innovative industrial models for the Mineral Resources Industry through the development of advanced technologies, new products and software that respond to the entire supply chain. value: upstream, downstream, valuation of mineral resources and market place.

This Mobilizing Project involved an eligible investment of €5,686,111.50 and a non-refundable incentive of €3,769,068.43, in the development of 24 solutions, in 5 PPS (Product, Process, Services), 4 PPS of RDI and 1 Management and Promotion PPS, co-financed by COMPETE 2020, LISBOA 2020 and Portugal 2020 and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
